Corte Bella Vets 11th Annual Golf Tournament Raises Over $40,000 in Patriotic Fun and Fellowship
The 11th Annual Corte Bella Vets Golf Tournament proved to be another resounding success, bringing together community spirit, friendly competition, and heartfelt support for veterans—all while raising over $40,000 for a meaningful cause.
Held under clear skies at the beautiful Corte Bella Golf Club, this year’s tournament offered much more than just a great round of golf. The day was packed with exciting activities, camaraderie, and generosity, showcasing the best of what this annual event has to offer.
One of the most anticipated moments of the day was the ball drop, provided with the help of our incredible local Fire & Medical Team and their truck/extension ladder. The crowd gathered as the buckets of balls rained down near the target, each one representing a chance to win—and all in the spirit of giving. The winner receiving $500.
Golfers also enjoyed a group putting contest, a hole-in-one opportunity to win a car, and several on-course challenges designed to test skill and add a little competitive spice. Off the greens, the silent auction drew plenty of attention, offering an array of items generously donated by community members and local businesses.
As the sun began to set, the clubhouse patio buzzed with conversation during a relaxing session of drinks and appetizers. The day wrapped up with the announcement of prize winners, recognizing those lucky enough to be randomly selected and those who stood out in competition.
Thanks to the tireless efforts of volunteers, generous sponsors, and all who participated, this year’s tournament not only met but exceeded expectations—raising vital funds in support of veterans and their families.
